Terms & Conditions

The prize will be one voucher for the hire of a vehicle to total value of £2500 from the available vehicles supplied by the voucher issuer from time to time at the winner’s discretion.  LeasePlan UK Limited will supply the voucher, the security deposit for that period (up to £5,000) and pay for excess mileage up to a value of £200. 

There is only one prize available and there are no cash alternatives to the prize. In accepting the prize the winner agrees to be bound by the terms of the voucher issuer, Premier Velocity Limited and that any damage to the vehicle caused by the winner’s mis-use, deliberate act or breach of the terms and conditions of the voucher provider will be recoverable from the winner as a debt. 

The competition is open to residents of the UK (excluding ROI) aged 30 years or over and must not be employees of LeasePlan UK Limited of 165 Bath Road, Slough, SL1 4AA (the "Promoter"), their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw. Only one entry is permitted per person and this prize is not transferable by the winner.

Drivers must be aged 30 or over, in good health and have a valid UK driving license with a minimum of five years driving experience. Licence must hold no more than six penalty points endorsed on it with a maximum of three points per any single conviction. Previous driving convictions and disqualifications must be declared prior to vehicle booking and may result in cancellation of vehicle loan opportunity. The prize does not include travel to or from the collection address. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this prize and replace it with an alternative or to amend these terms and conditions. 

Competition ends at midnight on 30th July 2014. The winner will be randomly drawn shortly after, and a private message or email will be sent to them. Should the winner not contact LeasePlan Go within 48 hours of receipt or if LeasePlan Go reasonably considers that you are in breach of any of the terms of this promotion, LeasePlan Go reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner. Once the winner has accepted the prize they agree to participate in such promotional activity and material as LeasePlan may require including having their name listed on LeasePlan Go's Twitter & Facebook pages. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition. By entering into this competition you are confirming that you have, where applicable, notified your employer of the fact that you are entering the competition and the potential prize available, obtained the necessary authority to do so and that by entering this competition you are not in breach of any anti-corruption, bribery, gifts and entertaining and/or any other policies operated by your employer. LeasePlan is aware of its obligations under the Bribery Act 2010 and the provision of the prize to the winner will not be in any way conditional upon that person or the firm that they represent providing preferential treatment to LeasePlan in the future. This promotion and any dispute or claim in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and by entering this competition you irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute.
